The Walks forms part of the first phase of the overall Flintshire Strategic Housing and Regeneration Programme (SHARP) which will ultimately see the delivery over 500 new homes across the region by 2021.
The resulting masterplan proposed a range of detailed action plans to strengthen the identity and image of the town, improve connectivity and bring a better housing offer into the heart of Flint resulting in the completion of 92 homes which are now fully occupied.
