Redevelopment of a Grade II listed mid-Victorian building to form a two storey, 56-bed student accommodation scheme with integrated bar and restaurant for the Leeds Federated Housing Association.

This award winning project was heralded as the first city centre residential scheme to be developed in Leeds City Centre in the 20th century and subsequently received the Leeds Architecture Award for Refurbishment in 1997.
