A major refurbishment to an existing church to create a 2 storey, 6 GP medical centre (and attached 100-hour pharmacy) which achieves a BREEAM Excellent rating.

The design team underwent multiple BREEAM centred meetings to develop the proposals, carefully considering materials and services without over expending the client’s budget requirements.
