A new build 11,970 sq. ft home replacing the former Salesbury Hall as part of a 250-acre estate masterplan, which included the restoration of adjoining the stable building to form a two-bedroom dwelling, together with planning permission for the conversion of the neighbouring farm complex into a rural office park.

The scheme received the Ribble Valley Borough Council District Design Award in 2006.
