The Point, Ilkley; An opportunity to design and build this office building was brought to us in 2017, with Halliday Clark agreeing to take one quarter of the building. It was an exciting opportunity to design a purpose-built office space that has given us the best possible space to practice Architecture and showcase our work.

We were appointed by the developers in a traditional role to act as Lead Designer and Architect throughout RIBA stages 0-7. By also being the end user of the space, the project allowed us to explore in more detail flexible layouts, maximising light within the space and exploring materials.

The project received the Ilkley Civic Society Design and Conservation award in 2019.
